What does "Priced" mean?
The feed reports the offering as priced. The start date is the first trading day. The first-day figure on this page is the change from that day's open to its close, from daily price data, not the change from the offer price.
Which IPOs does this calendar cover?
US listings on NASDAQ and NYSE from the data feed. SPACs, notes and warrants are left out of the lists, and fields the feed leaves empty are left out. The feed does not cover other countries. Large IPOs that are only at the filing stage, like Anthropic, are added by hand from SEC filings.
