Executive trades

When the people who run a company buy its stock, it is worth knowing.

Executives and directors must report every time they buy or sell shares of their own company. ATLAS collects those public filings, checks each one, and shows where insiders are buying and where they are selling.

Every trade is checked twice before it is shown. Filings that do not pass are left out.

How it works

Three steps.

  1. 01

    Collect

ATLAS reads the filings executives and directors send to the SEC.

  2. 02

    Check

Each trade must appear in a filing and its price must fit what the stock really traded at that day.

  3. 03

    Show

A clear board: where insiders are buying, where they are selling, and how much.
